Beware as most other inspection companies do not thoroughly inspect these problem areas; because they physically cannot fit or simply do not feel that is necessary.  It is sometimes in excess of 150 degrees in the attic space, some feel it's simply not a priority.  Crawl spaces sometimes have little "wiggle" room to move about, Thee Inspector is known for a smaller stature and the ability to squeeze into these challenging areas.
